1545 is a working office by day. Evenings and weekends, it's yours.
It's a two-room heritage building at 1545 Thompsons Station Road — the Front Lounge, shown above, and the Bar/Desk Space next door. Real furniture, real light, and a history of hosting everything from podcast tapings to baby showers. No stock-photo event space energy — just a genuinely nice room that happens to be empty on the hours we're not using it.

The Front Lounge
Chesterfield sofa and armchairs under a brass chandelier, exposed brick on one wall, tall original windows on the other. Mics and stands are already set up for iPhone filming — bring your own setup or use ours.
The Bar/Desk Space
A bar-height table beside the desks that run our business by day — the desks slide to the side to open the room up when you need more space. Coffee and water are set out for guests. A sink, microwave and a small refrigerator, no kitchen. Restroom on-site.
Note: alcohol will not be in the space during rental.

- 8 folding chairs, one 6-ft and one 8-ft table, for bigger setups.
- Amenities
- Restroom on-site. Coffee bar + water provided. Sink, microwave & a small fridge — no full kitchen, alcohol shown not provided during rental. TV available on a rolling stand.
- Rates
- $75 an hour, 2-hour minimum — or a flat $250 for a half day (4 hrs) and $400 for a full day (8 hrs).

- Any damages caused during your reservation may result in additional charges.
- Reservations must begin and end within the scheduled booking time.
- Payment is required prior to your reservation unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation may be non-refundable.
